Christine – French & Spanish Tutor, Liverpool

I’m a Liverpool-based French and Spanish tutor with a long-standing passion for languages and travel. I lived and worked in Spain and France, developing strong linguistic and cultural knowledge alongside a career as a Training Consultant in the pharmaceutical sector.

I’ve tutored adults and young people since graduating, with particular experience supporting GCSE French and Spanish students to improve both confidence and grades — often with just one focused lesson per week. I also enjoy working with adult learners studying for travel or personal interest.

Alongside tutoring, I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and work as a Coach and Counsellor. This allows me to quickly build rapport, tailor lessons to individual needs and support learners who feel anxious or lack confidence. Parents value my calm, patient teaching style and clear expectations.

Lessons are fully personalised, covering all four GCSE skills with targeted exam practice, clear feedback and close progress tracking. Tuition is available online or from my home in Liverpool, with after-school, evening and weekend availability, plus intensive support during exam periods.

Outside teaching, I’m a mum of two who enjoys travelling, the outdoors, and keeping up with my two energetic dogs
